Feature Foods has been pickling herring since 1931. It produces wine herring (bits, fillets, whole, skin-on), herring in cream sauce, schmaltz herring, rollmops, matjes, lunch herring, old-country chopped herring and pâté, flavoured herring (dill, ginger, mustard) and herring salads.

These products are sold across North America and in parts of Asia, and are available for private-label programs in jars, pails or barrels.
