Furlani Foods is a Mississauga bakery specializing in frozen garlic breads, Texas toast, breadsticks, garlic knots, dinner rolls and custom sandwich bases. Known on grocery shelves through its own Furlani brand and the Cole's Quality Foods line, the company does much of its business in private-label (store-brand) production, co-packing and foodservice programs for major North American retailers and operators. Its R&D team works in a fully equipped test kitchen and offers flexibility in baking, slicing, finishing and pack sizes.
